Updating Teletaff Password and PIN

Telestaff Password and PIN


The Telestaff password and PIN can be easily changed from the dashboard.  Login to Telestafff, and select 'Update my Password' in the upper left corner of the screen:



Password requirements change on occasion, and will be listed on the left side of the Password screen:



You can change your password and Telestaff PIN in the dialog box on the right side of the Password screen:



If you do not know your current phone password, please contact a Telestaff administrator, and ask for a password reset.  They will provide you with a temporary 'Current' phone password.
