Use these instructions to setup Office 365 Mail on your iPhone.


Important: You must be registered with SLC-Corp Idaptive security before completing this process.  Register at https://slcgov.my.idaptive.app.


  1. Remove your existing City email account from your iPhone, by navigating to Settings / Passwords & Accounts / SLC Corp account and selecting “Delete Account”.


  1. Navigate back to Settings / Passwords & Accounts. Select “Add Account”, then “Microsoft Exchange”.


 


  1. Enter your City email address, then select “Sign In” when asked to “Sign in to your “slcgov.com” Exchange account using Microsoft?” Select “Work or school account”. You’ll then be asked for your SLCgov credentials, including security questions.
